Polityka prywatności gry Artrows

Wersja z 2026-11-01.

1. Kto odpowiada za Twoje dane

Administratorem danych jest Transcended Games, Bartosz Iwańczyk z Warszawy. Kontakt w sprawach prywatności: hi@bartosziwanczyk.me.

4. Podstawa prawna

Masz też prawo wnieść skargę do organu nadzorczego: w Polsce do Prezesa Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (uodo.gov.pl).

7. Dzieci

Privacy policy of the game Artrows

Version of 2026-11-01. It covers the Artrows app for Android (package com.transcendedgames.artrows), release 1.0.

1. Who is responsible for your data

The controller is Transcended Games, Bartosz Iwańczyk from Warsaw, Poland. Privacy contact: hi@bartosziwanczyk.me.

2. What we do not collect

The game has no accounts and no sign-in. We do not ask for your name, e-mail address, phone number or precise location. We have no access to your photos, contacts or microphone. Your progress, settings and the country and language you choose are stored only on your phone.

3. What data and what for

At the first start, where the law requires it (among others in the European Economic Area), the game asks for your consent. Until you answer, analytics and crash reports send nothing. Collection is switched off by default.

WhatDataPurposeWhen
Analytics (Firebase Analytics, Google)events from the game (for example the start and the end of a level, a finished painting), the installation identifier of the app, app version, phone model and system version, language, an approximate country or region derived from a masked IP address, which advertisement or link the game was installed from (campaign parameters, no personal data)to understand how players use the game and to improve it; to judge whether advertisements lead to installsonly with your consent
Crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics, Google)a crash trace, the state of the app at the moment of the crash, technical data of the phone, the installation identifier of the reportto fix bugsonly with your consent
Remote settings (Firebase Remote Config, Google)the Firebase installation identifier, the phone's country, language and time zone, the system and the app versionto deliver settings of the game that we can change without a new version and to switch off a faulty featureafter your answer in the consent window, also if you decline analytics
Consent form (Google User Messaging Platform)IP address (only to decide whether we must ask for consent in your region), app identifier, your answer (stored on your phone)to show the consent window the law requires and to remember your answerat every start (a request for the state of consent); the window only where the law requires it

We do not collect the Android advertising identifier or the SSAID: collection is switched off in the configuration. The present version of the game has no advertisements and no in-app purchases; before they are introduced we will update this policy and ask for consent again where it is needed.

4. Legal basis

5. Who receives the data and how long we keep it

Google (Google Ireland Limited and group companies, including Google LLC) processes the data for us as a processor, within the Firebase services. Google may process data outside the European Economic Area, on the basis of standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision. Data is encrypted in transit. We do not sell data or pass it to other companies. We keep analytics data for 2 months (event retention in Firebase; export tables expire after 60 days), and then it is deleted.

6. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, objection (for processing based on legitimate interest) and the right to withdraw consent. Because the data is tied only to a random installation identifier and not to your identity, the data is deleted automatically after 60 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; in Poland this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (uodo.gov.pl).

7. Children

The game is meant exclusively for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

8. Changes

We will announce changes to this policy on this page; date of the last change: November 1, 2026.
